Dr. Underground - Soul Star: A Soothing Indica High
Soul Star is a strain with character that was derived from parent strains: Sensi Star 2004 and Peyote Purple. The resulting offspring was a heavy indica variety that encompasses all of the traits that make indicas so loveable. This strain produces compact buds that boast bright green colours, augmented by bright white and orange calyxes that decorate each bud, to give them the appearance of minute Christmas trees. These aesthetic anatomical features are accompanied by broad and majestic fan leaves that give the strain its distinctive indica look.
Soul Star went on to parent Black Jesus OG, a Tahoe OG cross that yields up to 600 g/m² indoors. You'll find every current cross in the Dr. Underground collection.
Her flowers produce large quantities of viscous resin that is infused with high levels of THC. Blazing or vaping these buds induces a stoning body high that banishes stress and brings about couch lock sensations. This potent experience goes hand in hand with watching films, meditating, reading, and other relaxing evening activities. The terpene profile within this resin results in high tones of citrus and lemon, making Soul Star a refreshing smoke. Soul Star offers large and rewarding yields. During the blooming phase of the grow cycle, flower production is so prolific that it can cause some structural issues. Branches may need to be supported using stakes, or tied to a supportive frame. The plant remains at an average and easily manageable size throughout the grow cycle, and can therefore be cultivated in relatively limited spaces. Soul Star will be ready to harvest after a flowering period of 8–9 weeks.
