Auto Douce Nuit (Sweet Night) is an autoflowering indica and ruderalis cross from French Touch Seeds. With stellar genetics, this little auto produces admirable yields of delicious, aromatic buds with balanced effects.
The other autoflower here is Guillotine Auto, out of ruderalis and NYC Diesel, done 9 to 10 weeks from seed.
Using their in-house auto that set the foundations for Guillotine (the bank's only other auto strain) and rapidly crossing it with their feminized Douce Nuit, the team at French Touch created a stable auto ideal for guerrilla growing. Reaching only 80cm, Auto Douce Nuit is perfectly suited for small tents or rooms or stealthy outdoor grows. It develops thick, dark green foliage, short internodal spaces, and enters bloom after roughly 5 weeks in veg.
Auto Douce Nuit's flowering cycle lasts roughly 58–63 days. Its flowers quickly take on a thick, bulgy structure (thanks to their large, swollen calyxes) and develop a sticky coating of resin. Yields for this strain typically reach 450g/m² indoors and up to 40g per plant outside.
Once harvested, dried, and cured, Auto Douce Nuit buds boast a rich aroma that combines hints of diesel with sweet floral undertones and of lime/grapefruit (reminiscent of the NY Diesel used to create french Touch's Guillotine). With 10–20% THC, this is a relatively mild strain that produces long-lasting physical effect and a happy, calm state that's ideal for quiet nights in before bed.
