Mushroom Spawn Bag with Injection Port (Unicorn Bags): The Perfect Environment For Mushroom Cultivation
Growing mushrooms from home can occasionally be a demanding and tricky task, especially for the uninitiated. However, that's no reason to be put off growing magic mushrooms. In fact, there are many products that will work with you to produce high-quality shrooms without breaking a sweat. One such product is the Mushroom Spawn Bag with Injection Port.
Available in two different sizes 4T and 10T, both of which provide ample space for substrate and spores. Both bags are made of 3.0 mil polypropylene and are robust, resilient and up to the task. 4T bags measure 10 x 7.5 x 45cm and have a capacity of just under 1kg. The 10T is the bigger of the two options, comes in at 12 x 10 x 45cm, and has a capacity of around 2kg.
But what does the “T” indicate, you might be asking? Otherwise known as Tyvek filters, the T indicates the port type on the Mushroom Spawn Bag. This type of filter has the smallest pore size, providing an airtight seal when injecting mushroom spores and liquid mycelium cultures into the bag. These reusable bags are also entirely suitable for autoclaving. This means they can withstand high temperatures and pressure, making them perfect for steam sterilisation up to 120°C.
All that's needed is a form of substrate and the aforementioned spores, and you've got everything you need to provide the best kind of environment for your shrooms to flourish. It's never been easier to cultivate magic mushrooms, so if you're new to the process or an experienced grower looking for a smoother ride, let the Mushroom Spawn Bag with Injection Port be there with you every step of the way.
