Philosopher Seeds – Black Bomb: Perfect weed for the late evening
Black Bomb ends the skirmish between you and muscular tension with a bang. This child of Black Domina and Tropimango shows an explosive growth, it is a very robust plant with a compact structure, a feature owed to the prevalence of Indica genes, that make up 80% of the genetic background. The small internodal spacing makes Black Bomb a perfect candidate for the SOG technique and the short flowering period suits the impatient grower just fine, although it should be granted a vegetative phase of 4 weeks to fully develop its potential. Black Bomb shows a good resistance to pests, making it very suitable for novice growers.
After changing the lighting schedule to a 12/12 pattern it takes roughly 3 weeks until the first little buds start to emerge. By this time you should significantly increase the nutrient supply to increase the bud formation - and stick with this feeding regime for 3 successive weeks. 55-60 days after the first flowers appeared, the plants will be ready for harvesting - reared outdoors you will have to wait until early October.
In an indoor grow you can expect Black Bomb to give good returns in the range of 400-500g/m² - outdoors it is possible to yield up to 600 grams per plant.
